Steve has successfully led large-scale operations globally and brings with him a first-hand knowledge of what makes a business run successfully. He has proven that engaging your workforce through strong, consistent leadership and coaching is the pathway to achieving results.

Steve has held senior executive positions in large corporate and government organisations, delivering customer experience programs for call centre, digital, face-to-face, data entry, feedback and complaint teams.

He has a successful track record at helping senior leaders bring out their best during times of change. His key focus has been to coach leaders at all levels, building leadership capability to enable them to combine the elements of business, process, people, and technology to drive measurable and sustainable outcomes.

Adrian Strange

Co-Founder and Director 

Adrian has overall responsibility for managing client relationships.  He has a personable style that has been built from his years of experience in Sales and Account Management.


His career has been focused on the customer service industry, enabling him to understand the challenges and requirements leaders have with their most significant assets - their people.

Erika Davidson



Erika is an experienced senior executive with an extensive digital background in leading edge telecommunication organisations. 


She has finely honed CX and change management skills with focus on team development and a strong, open communication style that encourages honest and real conversation.


A creative thinker and problem solver, Erika is passionate about digital service technologies.

Andrew Robertson



Andrew began his career as a lawyer and has held executive positions as General Counsel for two listed companies and as Head of Business Affairs for a “Big Four” accounting firm. 


Now a psychotherapist with a Master of Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy, Andrew’s clinical work has ranged from supporting clients with their life goals and challenges in private practice to providing therapy to patients in a hospital setting. 


In his coaching work with CX Coach, Andrew couples his extensive corporate experience and psychological perspective with his passion for people.
